Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and order size.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping:
International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country.
- Standard Shipping will take 08 to 12 working days.
- Express Shipping will take 5 to 8 working days.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@filpup.com so we can make it right.
